​In accordance with health and hygiene regulations, earrings and body-piercing jewelry are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This is for the safety of our customers and to ensure every piece of gold jewelry you receive is 100% unworn and sanitary.

Is every sale a final sale?

All other gold jewelry items (necklaces, bracelets, rings) are considered Final Sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse. We encourage all customers to double-check their sizes and specifications before completing a purchase.

Where are your products manufactured & are they custom & bespoke Items ?

​Any items that have been personalized, engraved, or custom-made to your specific size are strictly exempt from returns or cancellations once the order has been processed.
